It was said by Swiss-American Psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross in her 1969 book, On Death and Dying that there are five stages of grief; the first of which is denial. After denial comes anger, then bargaining, followed by a period of depressed isolation, and then, eventually acceptance. Learning the truth about our world has a very similar flavor. When we hear information that challenges our preconceived notions of reality, the natural human reaction is to deny it. This is of course completely natural, and as we let go of our preconceived notions of the world, we begin the grieving process with the inevitable first step of denial.

Let’s think about this for a moment; how many times in the past decade have we opened ourselves up to potentially controversial information which seemed previously inconceivable, but now is blatantly obvious that it is held to be common knowledge? How many times in the past decade have we discovered government sponsored crimes so large that they were difficult to believe at first glance? For example, NSA surveillance has existed since Echelon’s creation in the 1950’s, but any talk of mass spy networks collecting data, tapping phones, hijacking web cams and listening in on cell phone microphones was a conversation strictly reserved for tin-foil-hat-conspiracy kooks until Edward Snowden stepped forward with his revelations. And in spite of Snowden’s revelations, some still live in a state of blissful, oblivious denial, calmly assuring themselves that they don’t believe government agencies would do that. It is important to remember that while most humans ethics, morals and empathy prevent malicious behavior in the actions of the majority of people, just because we wouldn’t do something doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t. So what can we believe at this point? Well it is my belief, that the word, “Believe” is potentially a very dangerous word. For example, do you believe in germs? How could you believe in germs if you’ve never seen one? You see what I’m getting at.

So perhaps the most massively misunderstood and argued over topic of our time is the subject of climate change. Did you feel that tremor through the room as I said that? Climate change. now everyone is thinking, “be careful what you say, because I hold my belief systems on this subject and if they don’t hold up with yours I’ll erect walls and stop listening to you completely. To be clear before I go any further, burning gas, coal and oil in the year 2014 is completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no question that programs like the Keystone XL and the Deep Water Horizon oil spill represent some of the largest crimes in recorded human history. We’re masquerading as an advanced species with fast cars and high tech computers, all of it powered by dirty, carcinogenic methods owned and operated by the most powerful oligarchical families in the world. However, if we think that the insanity of fossil fuel use is solely responsible for our violently shifting climate, we are ignoring an even more destructive force, responsible for far more than ferocious temperature variations.

 

So what are we talking about here?

 

Since the Vietnam war, NASA in tandem with the US Air Force as well as a slough of private corporations have engaged in programs referred to as GeoEngineering. If the media has you ignoring the brave whistleblowers stepping out of the woodwork to expose these programs, I would recommend reading this entire article, because we’re going to blow your mind today.

The most blatant example that comes immediately to mind is this one: During the 2008 Olympics, the Chinese government openly admitted they had deployed Geoengineering programs to prevent rain from disrupting the Beijing Olympic games. These programs are deployed with commercial airliners, and no, this is not about jet fuel.

This is not about jet fuel condensation trails, because con trails dissipate. Geoengineering sprays start as a persistent, white line in the sky that spread out over the next 20 hours, creating hazy skies resulting in a phenomenon now referred to as “global dimming.” The idea behind Solar Radiation Management, or SRM, has to do with mitigating the effects of theoretical climate change by increasing the reflectivity of Earth by deploying reflective metals in the forms of oxides, sulfates and nanoparticles of aluminum, barium, strontium, Silver Iodide and many other metals into Earth’s upper atmosphere. In turn, these programs actually exacerbate the problems they claim to be alleviating.

More than 20 sick people from different areas in the state of Arizona, who have submitted blood tests registering Barium, Strontium and Aluminum of levels hundreds of times above normal, even for people who work in the Aluminum and other metal industries which none of these people did. This matters because these are expressly the materials used in a US Patent held by NASA, Patent number 7413145, referred to as, “Systems and Methods For Dispersion of Materials.” As aluminum particles rain down, Alzheimer rates in the US have seen a 700 fold increase that is directly linked to Aluminum accumulation in the human body. But if these individuals getting their blood tested have never worked in industries that would expose them to heavy metals, where are these metals coming from and how are they getting into the human body?

Whistleblowers are all too often ignored or made out to be charlatans or “kooks” by the mainstream, despite the fact that their credentials (which often include decades of government service in sensitive areas, having one or more doctorates in pertinent fields, and large collections of hard evidence) are completely solid. The two websites most often cited to ‘debunk’ this story are Metbunk.org and Contrailscience.com, but these two sites are run by a man named Mick West, who  not only lacks any credentials in chemistry, physics or ecology, but turns out to be little more than a computer gaming programmer as well as a government shill. If you would like your chemistry and physics information on this subject from a government-sponsored computer gaming programmer, be my guest, but ridiculing others based on misinformation is the mistake of an ignorant, gullible child. No matter how long you have traveled down the wrong path, turn around!

As far as “Climate Change” goes, this article before you isn’t about justifying our use of fossil fuels. Again, there is absolutely no question that burning coal, gas and oil on the scale we are today constitutes nothing short of Ecocidal Insanity, and prior shows conducted by our research team have been some of the most damning indictments of the fossil fuel industry there have ever been. But if we believe that CO2 was responsible for Superstorm Sandy; a statistically impossible 1,000 mile wide storm occurring months after hurricane season hundreds of miles north of the path of hurricane traffic, and right on time (coincidentally) with the 2012 presidential elections, we’re not only deluding ourselves; we are all massively missing the most obvious elephant in the room, which is right above our heads more often than it is not.

The question is, are we ready for the truth?

WHO SAID, “THE SKY IS FALLING?”

“For decades now, we have been told to be afraid of the long-term effects of manmade carbon dioxide on our climate,” James Corbett of Global Research TV reports. “Seemingly every day some new storm, drought, warm spell or cold snap is featured on the news, with government-funded scientists warning us that this is a sign of things to come unless the world reduces its CO2 production.

“The problem, of course, is that this is a third-rate scientific hoax propagated on the strength of the public’s ignorance of the underlying science, or lack thereof. The models and predictions used to scare the public into believing that CO2 is driving climate and will continue to do so in an increasingly dangerous fashion share the distinction of being universally wrong in their predictions of trends over the past 15 years, yet we are still asked to believe in the long-term validity of these same falsified models.

“As Robinson et. al. noted in their 2007 study, “Environmental Effects of Increased Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide,” published by the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, “Predictions of harmful climatic effects due to future increases in hydrocarbon use and minor greenhouse gases like CO2 do not conform to current experimental knowledge.”
“Also in 2007, J. Scott Armstrong, a researcher at the University of Pennsylvania and the author of “Long-Range Forecasting,” a standard textbook on the principles of forecasting, co-authored an audit of the procedures that the IPCC used for its global warming projections, finding that those procedures violated 72 of the 89 relevant principles of scientific forecasting.

“Last year the Journal of Geophysical Research-Atmospheres published a study showing that climate prediction models examining periods of less than 30 years on the geographical scale of continents are riddled with inaccuracies.
“Earlier this year, the UK’s Met office was forced to revise downward their projections for temperature increase over the next four years after a 15 year standstill in global annual temperatures. Ironically, this divergence from the continuous temperature increases that had been predicted by the CO2 alarmists is now being blamed on “natural variability” including “the cycles of changes in solar activity,” which leaked drafts of the IPCC AR5 report due out next year indicate has been vastly underestimated.

“Sadly, the fearmongering, hype and misleading predictions on this issue have become so internalized that there is a subsection of the population that is now willing to question whether every conceivable event in the galaxy is the result of carbon dioxide, even near-earth asteroids.

“That so many are concentrating so much time and attention on the question of carbon dioxide, a trace gas in the atmosphere which itself is only partially manmade, is only to be expected. Scientists, pundits, writers and businessmen are only responding to the market incentives that are at play. Governments and universities around the world are now sinking billions of dollars a year into grants to fund research related to the supposed CO2 threat, and entire industries such as carbon trading and carbon sequestration, are developing in response to this interest. Quite simply, too much money and potential political power is at stake for the threat of global warming to be revealed as a false alarm.
“One of the most worrying possibilities to arise from this trend, however, is the political legitimization of a concept that, ironically, has the potential to become a real threat to our environment: geoengineering.

“The practice of geoengineering is now well over half a century old. As early as the late 1940s, American mathematician John von Neumann was researching weather modification and its potential uses in climatic warfare for the US Department of Defense. In the 1950s early cloud-bursting experiments were performed by Wilhelm Reich and in 1956 Dr. Walter Russell was writing of the potential for complete weather control.

“In the 1960s, Dr. Bernard Vonnegut, brother of the famous writer, vastly improved the techniques then in use by employing silver iodide crystals in the cloud seeding mixture. Silver iodide’s hygroscopic qualities insure water particles quickly bond with its crystalline structure. As the recent documentary Skywatcher points out, the process of cloud seeding is now so widely and routinely employed that it is having profound effects on our climate.

“Given that CO2 is not the problem it is made out to be, coupled with the admitted advent of modern weather modification technologies in DoD research programs, it is impossible not to inquire into the possible links between the current push toward geoengineering and the military-industrial complex. Last year I had the chance to talk to Professor Michel Chossudovsky of the Centre for Research on Globalization about the past, present, and future of weather warfare technology.
“The potential military benefits to the wartime deployment of weather modification technologies are self-evident. In fact, they are so self-evident that, as Professor Chossudovsky notes, the UN was compelled to introduce a convention in 1977 prohibiting the use of environmental modification technology in warfare. The US ratified that convention in 1980.

“Other potential benefits to the deployment of this technology suggest themselves in the monetary sphere. So many events in the course of human activity are predicated on short-term weather and long-term climate phenomena that the ability to determine (or even influence) either could be extremely valuable. Insurance companies, for example, stand to lose billions (and reconstruction-related industries stand to make those same billions) every time a strong storm makes landfall in populated areas.

“So it should not be surprising that a market has evolved for “weather derivatives,” effectively allowing large financial institutions to make money gambling on the weather. And it should also come as no surprise that this market was largely pioneered by that infamous globalist-connected insider corporation, Enron.

“Last year I had the chance to talk to researcher Peter Kirby about Enron’s involvement in weather derivatives and the vast sums that stand to be made as GeoEngineering projects continue to be deployed under the threshold of public awareness.
“Even if we were to assume that weather modification technologies are not currently being used for the purposes of weather warfare or market manipulation, the potential for such abuses alone should be more than enough to dissuade us from pursuing these technologies. Even more worrying, perhaps, are the true unknown environmental ramifications of the long-term effects of these technologies on our environment.

“Ironically enough, those who are warning us of the potentially disastrous consequences of man made climate change may be exactly right in their assessment after all. But in the end, it may not be the man made CO2 they are worried about that is the real culprit of this coming catastrophe, but the GeoEngineering technologies that are being proposed as the “solution” to this problem.

~ARTIFICIAL CLOUDS, CLOUD SEEDING, AND SILVER IODIDE~

Artificial clouds are clouds that are made by humans. Humans make clouds inadvertently as well as on purpose. Humans are changing the climate through the use of aircraft. We’ll also examine the reasons for making clouds deliberately, and they might not be what you think. This is the true story of artificial clouds.

With all the conflicting information in the news media, it’s difficult to know what to believe about climate change. And with groups trying to protect their interests and profit from government policies, it’s hard to believe what anyone says. We’ve known all along that Earth’s climate changes periodically and that ice ages come and go, so climate change may be perfectly natural. But you’re about to see clearly why this particular cycle in Earth’s history is different; a cycle which is completely new to this planet. The atmosphere is different today compared with the last century for a very specific reason, and it isn’t the buildup of CO2. But as a scientist you would have a very difficult time understanding this problem based solely on the chemistry and physics, without first knowing the other matters of fact which might drastically effect your approach as well as your experiments, namely the Vonnegut connection which will be explained in a moment.

What we’re examining is probably the most important chemical effecting our atmosphere and climate today, but it’s not usually mentioned in climate change discussions which revolve around CO2. Yet our top scientists at NASA tell us that clouds effect the climate more than CO2. This is because, to a great degree, Earth’s atmosphere regulates our planet’s temperature between the energy radiated from the sun and the coldness of space. Earth’s atmosphere is also the environment in which the natural cloud formation processes occur. Rain clouds are the basis of this natural, hydrological cycle, which transports water from one place to another around the Earth.

Getting back to the artificial clouds, you’re most likely already aware of the Condensation Trail side; commercial jets are larger than ever, and they travel higher, faster and more frequently than ever before. As they fly, the combustion of hydrocarbons produces H2O. Over a gallon of water is created for every gallon of fuel burned. Because to burn something you must have oxygen, and burns always produce two things which must be accounted for: Carbon dioxide gas and water vapor. Any time you burn a hydrocarbon it’s plus 02 makes C02 makes H2O. The water particles in the jet exhaust are blasted through the exhaust manifold into the subzero temperatures of the stratosphere at about 500 miles per hour, forming a thick wake of tiny ice crystals. Stratospheric jet clouds are much higher than tropospheric rain clouds, and because they’re moisture is in the form of ice their texture is not wet, but dry and powdery like fine snow. Stratospheric clouds made by jets have an immediate effect on the weather we experience, creating large shadows from high above.

But how is this possible? How can jets cover the entire sky with clouds? The answer starts with the understanding that for clouds to form, enough Cloud Condensation Nuclei must be present. Contrails provide some of the necessary cloud nuclei in the form of ice particles and other aerosolized particulates. But the many chemicals in this highly toxic exhaust still don’t provide a sufficient explanation for the massive plumes they create which persist, continue to gather mass, and form massive clouds in the sky. So what is this mysterious chemical that triggers drastic climate change by covering the Earth with artificial clouds? One of them is Silver Iodide, which is a combination of Silver Nitrate and Potassium Iodide.

It began in the 1960’s when Doctor Bernard Vonnegut (brother of author Kurt Vonnegut) made a dramatic improvement in Cloud Seeding technology. Dr. Vonnegut noticed that water vapor condenses rapidly around Silver Iodide particles. Silver Iodide particles are perfectly crystalline in their configuration. This perfect crystal shape makes Silver Iodide the most hydroscopic material known, meaning water particles readily and instantly bond with the tiny crystals.

You may never have given much thought to Cloud Seeding, but humans have been doing it regularly for over half a century now, and today are very precise in their methods. In the US, most states have Weather Modification budgets – especially the arid western states like California, which has dozens of cloud seeding programs at the County level. And if you’re studying the climate you should be aware that more than 50 countries have budgets for Weather Modification programs today. These programs use Cloud Seeding aircraft that are commissioned specifically to increase rainfall and snowfall using Silver Iodide and salt chemicals.

But there are many other reasons for Weather Modification, including dispersing dangerous hail storms or fog, but precipitation enhancement is the primary reason for Weather Modification in the 21st Century. That is, artificial clouds are most often the result of attempts to create rain and to increase the mountain snow pack that keeps rivers flowing throughout the summer months. While still referred to almost euphemistically as “Cloud Seeding,” the technologies and capabilities of the Weather Modification Industry have evolved significantly over its 70-year history. Today we don’t just sprinkle chemicals onto clouds, we actually make new clouds. Local governments use Weather Modification companies like Evergreen Air and Weather Modification Incorporated to bring in more rain and snow. In the US, these programs are administered by the energy companies and paid for by the consumers through a Public-Purpose-Program surcharge on their utility bills. In other words, YOU are paying for these programs perhaps more directly than you realize.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But how do artificial clouds make it rain, and why? Let us look briefly at another important historical fact that is missing from Climate Change discussions, where our concerns about human interference with the atmosphere and climate actually came from. After Dr. Vonnegut’s invention of Silver Iodide Cloud Seeding began to proliferate around the globe, these improved Weather Modification techniques began to have a profound effect on the atmosphere. This did not go unnoticed by the US Department of Transportation which reported to the Secretary of Commerce that air traffic was beginning to effect the weather by “inadvertently” making clouds. In a 1974 report to the President and Congress, the Secretary of Commerce wrote: “The problems posed by climate variation are of worldwide concern.”

So a study called GARP was initiated. In this experiment, approximately 40 ocean vessels, 13 aircraft, Geostationary and polar orbiting satellite systems, Buoy Rays and special land stations from 70 nations engaged in the largest combined study of the atmosphere ever.  Following the GARP study, in 1978 the US Congress declared that weather and climate change effect food production, energy use, water resources, and other factors “vital to national security.” So we can see clearly that these concerns are nothing new. For over 40 years world governments have been increasingly alarmed by the very noticeable changes in our atmosphere. But the growing fleet of Cloud Seeding aircraft continue to deploy more and more flights, spraying cloud making material across the sky.

Now we can see the two powerful forces at work creating artificial clouds: the spraying of tons of silver iodide into the upper atmosphere by small aircraft, as well as the cloud making effect of large jets passing through the invisible silver mist. Small cloud seeding aircraft such as bombardier jets and high-altitude propeller planes deliver their payloads using Silver Iodide flares that are ignited by remote control. The flares are typically affixed to the wings and/or fins of the aircraft and release the silver and salt mixtures high into the stratosphere so it slowly drifts down into the most air below. When the pilots of the cloud seeding aircraft begin to see ice forming on the wings, they know liquid water is present in the air and the potential to create storm clouds exists.

So how many sorties do Cloud Seeding aircraft make in order to make it rain or snow? As many as possible.

The more aerosols, the more change of condensation that makes thick rain clouds. Commercial air traffic helps to facilitate the rain by plowing through the fields of silver mist emitting the superheated steam that freezes into expanding clouds. Shade from the artificial clouds drops the temperature below, thus decreasing the air pressure and creating a low channel that flows like a river drawing in the moist air. This can allow some ocean storms to make landfall that might otherwise be repelled by higher onshore pressures. Eventually, say the Weather Modification experts, the Silver Iodide disperses over such a wide area that it presumably has no noticeable ongoing effects on the environment.  But we’ve now flown millions of Silver Iodide sorties in these ongoing aerosol operations and unfortunately our deliberate and inadvertent modification of the atmosphere can also inhibit natural rain cloud formation in more than one way. This turns out to be a major problem for us.

There is a limit to how much water can be extracted from the sky by enhancing and creating rain clouds. With no rules regulating the ownership of the sky rivers when California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado use cloud seeding to extract all the moisture in the air, what happens to Texas? In 2011 alone the state of Texas lost approximately 500-million bees and 10% of its forest land due to drought, despite intense cloud seeding activity. In 2012 it was confirmed that the most arid parts of the Earth where ocean surface salinity is the highest, are becoming even more dry. Scientists also confirmed in 2012 that ocean salt levels in many areas have increased far more than expected. This is significant because most evaporation on the planet comes from the ocean, and the greater the surface salinity, the less efficiently water evaporates into the atmosphere. Since cloud seeding activities around the entire Earth use silver and salt-based chemicals, the very technique we use to make rain might also prevent rain.

With a telescope from the ground you can see for yourself the flares burning on the wings of the Cloud Seeding aircraft. Since these planes are flying at cruising altitude and have relatively small engines, they create only a small Contrail wake that dissipates quickly behind their flight path. Now enter the second force; the huge commercial airlines which carry billions of passengers each year flying directly through the silver mist. Unlike the small Cloud Seeding aircraft that precede them, these jets have huge engines that are many times more powerful, delivering over a quarter-million pounds of thrust and creating enormous amounts of frozen steam as they climb to cruising altitude. At 25,000 – 40,000 feet, artificial clouds spawned by aircraft don’t appear to move like rain clouds. Instead, they seem to be stuck in the sky. Using stop-motion photography we can see hours of cloud movement in just a few seconds. Now we can see what happens when the big jets fly through the silver mist laid down by flight after flight of the Cloud Seeding aircraft. As the tracks continue, they begin to merge, losing their trail-shape and begin to resemble natural clouds. If you haven’t noticed this before, it’s because you’re simply not paying attention, but don’t feel bad – how often does a person look above their head into the sky? It’s not really your job to watch the sky intently, especially with the day-to-day grind of surviving in our insane, modern world. Few are aware that in some parts of the world, including the western United States, artificially created clouds are far more common than naturally forming clouds. If we could see artificial clouds from jets move this way in real time, we might recognize them for the toxic swirls of gasses and particulates that they are. We might notice the profound effect that clouds have on the weather we experience when they move in front of the sun creating shade. We might also wonder about the health effects of these toxic clouds and whether they might be related to the increasing lung cancer rates American’s are presently experiencing. We might wonder too about the effects on the smaller creatures – the bees, birds and butterflies.

Weather modification companies who obtain more and larger contracts every year tell us that Silver Iodide is inert, and that cloud seeding is “harmless.” They say that since Silver Iodide is inert, spraying a line of it in the sky is like peeing in the ocean; that it has no known adverse effect on the environment. However, this analogy is pathetically inaccurate. Thousands of Weather Modification aircraft spraying tons of cloud-making chemicals into the air around the world is not so much like a person peeing in the ocean – it’s a lot more like hundreds of people peeing into a swimming pool. Earth’s atmosphere is a relatively thin halo of gasses that surround the planet held in place by gravity, and Silver Iodide has been building up in our soil and water for over 70 years now. Today, understanding clouds and their impact on the climate is one of NASA’s primary missions. This specific area of study is referred to as Cloud-Aerosol-Interaction, and NASA has launched satellites like CloudSat and Calypso with specialized equipment to study the atmosphere.

Riley Duren from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratories had this to say on the subject of GeoEngineering:

“We’re not talking about inventing Unobtanium here. The scary thing is that GeoEningeering can be done with existing technology. Some of the largest uncertainties of what is going to happen the rest of this century are not in the climate models, they’re in the societal projections of what decisions will we make. So GeoEngineering is definitely risky and problematic, but rightly or wrongly it is increasingly likely that someone, somewhere, somehow will try it. We’re already starting to see the field experiments. We need to understand the risk. And it has to be informed by research that’s governed properly. It has to be transparent. It has to be open to public scrutiny.This can’t be done behind a curtain. And it has to be trans-disciplinary. This is beyond the domain of scientists and engineers. It has to include the social scientist, the economist and the public.”

>> David Keith: I totally believe it. It is warming up and I have been thinking about, along with many other people, ways to stop it.

>> Stephen: okay, does it involve me using one of those little pig-tail light bulbs?

>> David Keith: That is a useful thing to do. And I have those in my house. But I’m thinking about something else.

>> Stephen: okay, good what is the other thing because I would like to do anything other than that.

>> David Keith: Exactly.

>> Stephen: so what do we do?

>> David Keith: The other thing is horrifying. It is that you could actually spray sulfuric acid in the stratosphere 20 kilometers over our head and use that to stop the planet warming up. And it’s an ugly tech fix.

>> Stephen: you can spray something into the atmosphere to change– okay.

>> David Keith: spray pollution into the atmosphere to stop it warming.

>> Stephen: so in the end pollution saves them all. We owe pollution, we owe acid rain an apology is what are you saying.

>> David Keith: It would be a totally imperfect technical fix, it would have risks, it wouldn’t get us out of the long run need to stop polluting, but it might actually save people and be useful.

>> Stephen: okay, again, I interrupted you slightly there. How does it work, you how many planes are we talking about here, how do you do this.

>>David Keith: let’s say you wanted to stop it warming in 2020. You start with a fleet of just 2 or 3 kind of modified business jets.

>> Stephen: like a G6.

>> David Keith: that’s it.

>> Stephen: like a G6.

>> David Keith: and you put say 20,000 tons of sulfuric acid into the stratosphere every year and
each year you have to put a little more and this doesn’t in the long run mean that you can forget about cutting emissions. We will need to reign it.

>> Stephen: no, we’ll get to it eventually. In the meantime we’re shrouding the earth in sulfuric acid.

>> David Keith: So people are terrified about talking about this because they’re scared that it will prevent us cutting emissions.

>> Stephen: right, and also that it is sulfuric acid.

>> David Keith: It is.

>> Stephen: is there any possible way this could come back to bite us in the ass? Blanketing the earth in sulfuric acid because I’m all for it. This is the all chocolate dinner. I still get to have my CO2 and I just have to spray sulfuric acid, right. All over the earth.

>> David Keith: Right question but we put 50 million tons of sulfuric acid in the air now as pollution. It kills a million people a year worldwide.

>> Stephen: that’s good or bad?

>> David Keith: It’s terrible

>> Stephen: but it will be better if we put more in.

~ACCORDING TO SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, GEOENGINEERING COULD TURN SKIES WHITE~

Paul Joseph Watson Reports:

“‘The white haze that hangs over many major cities could become a familiar sight everywhere if the world decides to try Geoengineering to create a cooler planet,’ according to Scientific American. Scientists have long suspected that one, off-discussed GeoEngineering technique – shooting tiny sulphate particles into the upper atmosphere to deflect sunlight could turn the blue sky white. Nature has already provided a basic proof of concept. When Mount Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in 1991 spewing tons of sulphate particles into the atmosphere, it temporarily whitened the sky. In a related story out of the Daily Mail, “The transatlantic jet trails visible from space; How contrails can stay in the sky for up to fourteen hours.” In this article they admit that what they call “contrails” are forming into clouds. “Overall contrails create additional cirrus cloud cover said Patrick Minis senior scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center.

“So they’ve gone from calling anyone who talks about Chemtrails, “Kooks,” to now explaining how it’s all natural and it’s nothing to worry about. The problem is as one can see from all the comments in the Daily Mail article, these contrails only started hanging around for fourteen hours from about the mid 1990’s onwards. Decades before that, that kind of phenomena was never witnessed. There’s no chance in hell that it can be a natural event without some kind of outside influence. They also admit in this Daily Mail article which is based off of  NASA quotes, “Creating Artificial Clouds through contrails is a potential way of preventing the planet from warming up.” So they’re openly saying it, “Yeah we’re creating clouds, but its all for global warming; don’t worry about it. Because simultaneously we’ve got an army of crack-pot GeoEngineering scientists led by Mr. Poison-people’s-drinking-water-for-the-good-of-the-Earth, John P. Holdren, being paid millions in government grants to spray sulfur particles into the upper atmosphere for the very same purpose of creating these artificial clouds. So again we’re seeing revelation of the method. Just as they were starting to stir on this whole Chemtrails issue, the likes of Scientific American and Daily Mail came out and assure us that it’s all natural and there’s nothing to worry about.

“The problem is, the impact that these Chemtrails are actually having on the environment (yes its a real environmental impact) the impact is far from natural. Rosalind Peterson from the Skywatch Organization documented how in California these planes fly loops over certain areas. There is no destination. They’re not going from point A to point B. They’re just flying around in a big circle back and forth again disbursing Chemtrails. And when they actually analyze the water samples after the Chemtrails have dropped down into the ocean, they found Aluminum and Barium, which are the two compounds, when combined, create clouds. So this is already happening. Mass testing on the public through GeoEngineering without anyone’s consent, without any kind of debate about it and it’s being run by the same kind of mad scientists who see population reduction as the solution to alleviate the many symptoms of the western disease instead of addressing the root causes.

“And then we’ve got all the projects focused around injecting sulfur into the atmosphere (which NASA has published documents about) which has proven to cause both acid rain as well as lowered immune systems of human beings, but now thanks to NASA and all the experts we can go back to sleep because suddenly, even though this has only started happening from fifteen years ago onwards. ‘It’s “all natural, it’s all fun and happy, just don’t look up into the sky, just keep your head to the ground and everything is going to be alright.’ Conveniently for them, this argument avoids them having to justify GeoEngineering, which itself is opposed by a multitude of scientists because they know of all the untold environmental disasters that it could precipitate. So just by claiming that artificial cloud formation through contrails is a magical, natural phenomenon that just happened to appear out of nowhere fifteen years ago, is not going to cut it. I’m sorry. I’m not buying it. This has only been witnessed over the past fifteen years. It was not witnessed in previous decades. And whenever these Chemtrails are analyzed we find out that they’re directly related to GeoEingeering and cloud formation.

~US Air Force Whistleblower Kristen Meghan in Ithaca New York, January 2014~

“Every time I’m asked to speak, I don’t get nervous to speak to you. What I get nervous about is not getting emotional telling you my story. Because in 2002 (shortly after 911 like a lot of military veterans) I raised my right hand and I took an oath to the Constitution to hopefully do something meaningful with my life. So I enlisted in the USAF

“My job in the USAF was working in BioEnvironmental engineering, which is equivalent to OSHA and the EPA. We were an embedded liaison to make sure we were tracking all of the aspects and impacts of the military, meaning: what is the military doing and how is it impacting the environment? -because we were accountable for that. So from the health side, it was knowing what you do in the Air Force – what does your job entail that is hazardous to your health? For example, let’s say you were an aircraft painter or mechanic. My job was to go out and make sure I knew everything that you did, what you were exposed to, and how to mitigate and engineer out those hazards, because it’s your legal right to be working in a safe and healthful work environment. So throughout nine years I worked as an industrial hygienist, and an environmental specialist.
“I worked on two bases called Air Logistics Centers. It wasn’t like a fighter wing – it wasn’t really fun or amazing. What we did was dismantle old aircraft; aircraft around ten or fifteen years old are required to be dismantled down to the last screw. So that meant every single industrial process you can think of: checking the metal integrity, making sure everything is good to go, or sometimes overhauling equipment.

“Part of my job in tracking the health hazards was to look at any time someone wanted to buy a chemical – any type of chemical. It was ordered through a system, and in that system I had to go in there and say, “You know the country we’re in, we’re not allowed to use this. We need to substitute it out with something a little less hazardous, while also maintaining the integrity for a technical order. For that process to take place, you must use xylene or toluene to do this process.

“At around 2006 I started to open my eyes to how the military wasn’t really what I thought it was. One day I was going through that computer system (which if you want to look it up it’s called an Air Force form 3952: Approval of Hazardous Materials), and I was finding tons and tons of large quantities of aluminum, barium and strontium in the forms of oxides and sulphates. There are industrial processes that you probably haven’t heard of, Beed Blasting, Pneumatic Sanding, Shop Peening etc. -there are certain medias that are similar to that which are used. However I had already accounted for that. I would sit and look at this computer system and say, “This shop wants to order this paint. I’m going to tie it to a task.”  We had to know what was being used, why it was being used, tracking it cradle to grave on how we were going to dispose of it to be in compliance with OSHA and the EPA. One of the legal requirements on approving these is what is called a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The MSDS is going to list the manufacturer, what personal protective equipment that needs to be used, ways to mitigate the exposures. These electronic MSDS’s did not have a manufacture name. They were very vague. They almost looked to me like somebody had made it and scanned it into the systm. SO I asked the question, “What is this being used for.” I never got an answer so I didn’t approve it, so it sat there and then the heat came down. “Are you behind on your 3952’s?” Only a select few of us did that. So I started asking more questions, at which point the demonization of my character began.

“I made my rank. I was decorated. I was a Non Commissioned Officer of the Quarter. I won lots of awards. There was no reason for anyone to even attempt to demonize me. So then I got moved to the other Air Logistics Center (there are only two in the Air Force), in Warner Robins Georgia. This kind of carried with me, and I thought, “You know what? Should I revisit this? Is it worth it? Did I hit something? Maybe it’s need to know. I started finding the same things at Robins Air Force Base. I was now doing some more investigation work. Part of what I did was to use a high-volume air sampler to sample up to a football field in about ten minutes. I also conducted soil sampling. Because I thought, “If this is real and they are spraying this, it’s going to get to the ground. So I conducted air sampling. I conducted soil sampling. And I was getting high levels of these contaminates. I thought, “Well, jeez. This is what I do for a living – preventative health, making sure that people are not getting sick, especially in the work place and by things that we’re doing that can effect human health and the environment.

“To summarize, in an attempt to debunk this “conspiracy theory” as I thought it was, I didn’t debunk it. It literally changed my life. When I started asking the question again under a new commander, I never in my life thought I would have somebody look me in the face and say to me, “I’m questioning you: is there something wrong with you? You’ve been looking really depressed lately. You know I can put you on mental evaluation for up to a hundred and twenty days. Who would take care of your daughter?”-Because I was divorced at the time. As soon as I heard that, I knew. It validated everything I ever thought. And I thought, “I’ve spent nine years of my life trying to protect human health, and here we are violating law after law after law just sitting here. Instead of protecting the people, we’re poisoning the people. And I’ve never got up so much courage from being thrown in a cage because when you’re in the military, folks, you’re a number. You are a number, and every aspect of your life is controlled. I was so lucky that my enlistment was coming up and I was supposed to reenlist. I ran and did not look back. And I have been blowing the whistle and shouting ever since, and I left October 27th, 2010.
“It didn’t just end there though. You’ve got to remember, there’s a whole career field of people that work in BioEnvironmental Engineering. A lot of those people were told, “Do not talk to her. Do not Email her. They were given “No Contact” orders. Because my biggest thing was, if I’m just dishonest, don’t you think that somebody would come out and say, “She was never in the military,” or something negative to discredit me. They’ve ignored me, but they’ve tried to silence me. Every time I fly I am pulled into a secret room. I literally am tagged in the system for the TSA.

“As an industrial hygienist I do very well for myself. But it has been so difficult after leaving the federal government to maintain employment. Nowadays everyone runs background checks on you and the first thing they look at is, “We’ll, here’s a whistleblower.” And you ask yourself, “If this is true and we are spraying the people, where are the pilots? Where are the people? I don’t know if you pay attention but look at Snowden. Look at Manning. People don’t come forward because these supposed Whistleblower Act protections are not enforced, they’re not supported and they really don’t exist.

“What I want you to take from this is to understand that I am being completely honest with you, and that GeoEngineering is occurring, it’s been occurring, it is not new and your tax dollars are funding this. I know that the US Air Force was involved, and I think back to all these things that I never had noticed. If you don’t know what to look for you can’t look for something. And once I realized a process they were trying to hide, people have come out of the woodwork, from EPA compliance officers to people I worked with in my career field who I cannot name for obvious reasons.

“I’ve had pilots come forward. I’ve had people come forward who actually load the canisters on the planes. These people don’t come forward because they are afraid that they’re going to end up like Snowden. And I continue to speak to let people know that I’ve been screaming about this for three years and I’m still here. And why are you so afraid? Because many of these people are on active duty. And if you’re willing to die for your country, supporting the constitution and defending us from enemies both foreign and domestic, you were willing to die for your country, but now you’re too scared and cowardly to talk about this. You can come forward, you can help expose this and we can stop it.

“So many people ask, ‘why is this occurring.” That’s for later thought. From Weather Modification to Weather Weaponry; there are numerous reasons under Agenda 21 tons of theories. But my job as an industrial hygienist is to make sure that I comply with the laws and enforce them. So it is unethical every day for the other people who are who are out there working in preventative health or even physicians who aren’t speaking about this – they need to.

“So what can you do about this? The biggest hurdle that we have is disinformation sites. I never say them but I’m going to today so that you know if anybody gives these to you as a reference to debunk you, it’s Metabunk and ContrailScience. Those are two websites that are ran by a government shill named Mick West. He is a computer gaming programmer who tries to tell you about consistent contrails. So somebody who isn’t even credentialed in chemistry or physics or ecology, none of that is trying to tell you that you’re crazy. So on social media, don’t just hit the share button. You have to understand that I have met people who used to purposeful disinformation trolls as we call them. These people are paid to pretend they are you to get you on board to promote a website or article, just so that you look so vulnerable and then later it will be deemed noncredible and then you look noncredible. so please vet, research, and email me. If you still don’t believe it or you still want to convince people, there is something you can do. You can take a glass jar (it has to be glass so there are no BPA’s), take a rain sample or take a snow sample. I try to discourage soil sampling because everyone’s background of where you live is different, because a lot of the materials used in GeoEngineering are naturally occurring in Earth, just not in the industrialized form that they are used. So if you take these rain samples and you take the snow samples, Email me, because I cannot publicly tell you where to send them because we’ve actually been Black Balled by labs who refuse to run our samples. And a problem that is occurring is people are sending in rain samples to labs that don’t realize how low the limit of detection needs to be because these are nano-particulates; they are very small.  So if you Email me, I can tell you where to send in your samples.

“So I just want everyone to know and understand that of all the freedoms that we are losing GeoEngineering is the number one issue that we are facing. Because you can have guns and money and you can everything, but if you don’t have food and water and you’re dying of respirator and neurological illnesses, what does it matter? So you’ll hear about vaccines and you’ll hear about smart meters and you’ll hear about other issues like Fracking; these are all systemic effects. WE are overexposed to toxins. People will tell you Fluoride is in the water but it’s not a lot. It is a lot, because you’re getting it everywhere; in your food, water that you drink, everything is washed with that water, you’re getting it in your vaccines; all these are coupled systemic effects and our bodies cannot metabolize these toxins. So I just want to thank you for taking the time to listen to my story, and I will continue to shout from the rooftops. I don’t care how many jobs I lose. I don’t care how many friends or family I lose. Because I took an oath, and in nine years I was not able to honor that oath, but I am today. I realize that instead of dwelling on all the negative that has changed my life, I am here to redeem myself.

“And I ask you who are veterans, what do you do in your civilian careers? Do you work in the medical profession? Do you work at an airport? Where do you work, and what do you see? Because I guarantee you that if you step back and connect those dots, you will see things that never made sense to you before. So as I fight through the ridicule, the hatred and the disinformation trolls, and those who try to ruin my reputation, for every negative thing I find about myself on the internet, it just makes me pull up more documents that I took before I left the United States Air Force. I publish them and I send them to my family members throughout the country. And when I have friends tell me to be careful, you know what I tell them? Be careful what? I was in the United States Military. They have my social security number and my address and my cell phone number. They can find me if they really want to.

“So what I want to leave you here with today is to tell you that if you know someone who is in the military now or you know a veteran, engage them. It’s your due diligence whether or not you agree with “conspiracy” websites like infowars.com or prisonplanet.com, or whether you “believe” in GeoEngineering or Chemtrails, please believe me because I saw it first hand, okay? This is not what I want to be known for. It’s a huge target on my back. I ask you to ask those veterans in your family to rise up and do your part, defend your nation, join oathkeepers, get in touch with the alternative media outlets, support the artists and musicians – you guys, it all matters! I have people ask me, “Why do you do what you do? There’s nothing we can do about it. I know the TSA is unconstitutional but what can we do about it? Well let me tell you I’ve done things about it, okay? I’ve shot documentaries, I’ve done TV shows, I have things in the works I can’t even mention so that they don’t get edited before they air. You can do something about it.

“So just remember these numbers: 2001 – I thought I was doing good – 4 stripes on my arm – 11 medals on my chest – 1 day to change my life. What day will be yours? Because trust me it will come, it will directly affect you, and you will remember this. So please do your own investigations and support your military by educating them. Thank you.”

~WHO PAINTS THE MORNING SKY?~

Doctor Rosalind Peterson was asked to speak at the United Nations Headquarters in New York during the 60th Annual Climate Change Conference in September 2007

More than 2,500 representatives from over 80 countries attended the roundtables, panels, and workshops during the 3-Day event. The Conference reviewed the scientific evidence on climate change, including its consequences on indigenous peoples, water security, land use, and the politics of energy. Organized by the United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI) in collaboration with the NGO/DPI Executive Committee, the Conference aimed to facilitate individual actions plans that address the threat of catastrophe posed by climate change and inspire participants to take action to mitigate, and in some cases, reverse the effects of this environmental crisis.

On May 21, 2007, Rosalind Peterson, lifelong Redwood Valley, California resident, was invited by Kiyo Akasaka, Under- Secretary General of the United Nations, to address this Conference during both a workshop, held on September 5th, and a round-table session, held on September 6, 2007, at the United Nations. Rosalind was invited to address this conference due to her research and work in the agriculture field relating to climate change, global dimming, and the affects of man-made clouds and experimental weather modification programs on agriculture. Rosalind is co-founder and President of the Agriculture Defense Coalition. The ADC was formed in 2006, in partnership with Bridget Conroy, from Phoenix, Arizona, in order to protect agriculture crop production from uncontrolled experimental weather modification programs, atmospheric heating and testing experiments, and geoengineering schemes. Between 1989 and 1993, Rosalind was an Agriculture Technologist working for the Mendocino County Agriculture Department. She also joined the California U.S.D.A. Farm Service Agency in 1992, and became a U.S.D.A. California Certified Agriculture Crop Loss Adjustor between 1995 and 1998. Rosalind has also won several awards and recognition for her extensive efforts to protect drinking water supplies from toxic chemical contamination in Martinez, California. She writes articles for newswithviews.com on many subjects including climate change brought about by experimental weather modification and other experimental atmospheric programs that have negative impacts on agriculture, trees, and drinking water supplies.

The DPI/NGO Conference was the main NGO event of the year at the United Nations. This historic Conference focused on the growing concern associated with climate change and its profound and decisive impact on human well-being. Rosalind’s presentation was on climate change associated with man-made clouds and how these clouds exacerbate climate change / global warming. In addition, she addressed such topics as the negative affect experimental atmospheric programs are having on agriculture crop production and tree health. Other issues addressed included global dimming, produced by persistent jet contrails reducing the amount of sunlight reaching the earth, possibly lowering crop production, and the affect of experimental atmospheric heating and testing program chemicals have on drinking water, air, soil, and tree decline. Good afternoon Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: It is a pleasure and a great honor to be here with you today. One of the things I would like to say is that we are in a global drumbeat, right at the moment, talking about climate change and global warming. One of the most important things that is negatively affected by climate change is agriculture. Some of what we are experiencing is man-made, in a different way than you may guess. Weather modification programs, experimental ones that use private companies, initiated by the United States government, government agencies or individual States, are now underway. There are more than fifty such weather modification programs in operation across the United States according to NOAA. All of these experimental weather modification programs negatively impact agriculture because they change the micro-climates needed for agriculture to survive. None of these programs, that I know of today (and this information is available to the public), are under any direct public, agriculture, or Congressional oversight, to my knowledge, in the United States.

These experimental weather modification programs that negatively impact agriculture are not only found in the United States but around the world. International and U.S. weather modification companies are modifying our weather with programs that cover thousands of square miles. Most of these programs use toxic chemicals or particulates to alter the weather with either ground-based or airborne releases that change or modify our local micro-climates. One of the things I am concerned about and that we need to address, now and in the future, is how these programs are affecting the micro-climates needed for our crops to survive and for pollination to take place. If we artificially change the growing seasons, our pollinators like bees and birds (many now in sharp decline across the United States), many not survive, leaving many flowers, native plants, agricultural and trees crops that are not pollinated. Native grasses, plants, trees, and agricultural losses could be devastated not only in the United States but on a worldwide basis. The need for public, agriculture, Congressional and worldwide oversight. One of the areas of our investigation has been to determine if we can begin to put weather modification programs under congressional, agriculture, and public scrutiny and oversight to determine how they alter agriculture crop production, change climate or produce artificial droughts or floods. When a private company can modify your weather for the personal gain of their respective clients then we have an agricultural and forestland crisis in the making.

The drumbeat heard everywhere sounds impressive. However, these undefined measures may be detrimental to human health, crop production, soils, and drinking water supplies. It is now necessary to define what is meant by mitigation and to place all of these measures under congressional, agriculture, and pubic oversight. We do not want to place ourselves in the position of making huge mistakes by trading one pollution problem for another more serious problem. The following example reflects an agreement that allows polluters to purchase the ability to pollute more:
(SF Chronicle September 2007: California makes deal with ConocoPhillips so that it can expand its refinery in the San Francisco Bay Area while paying the State of California $10 Million total so that it can release an additional 500,000 tons of pollutants from their Rodeo, CA, facility. In addition, their proposed expansion agreement would add one million tons a year of carbon dioxide from another facility that currently releases yearly 1.9 millions tons a year. This expansion also increases the amounts of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, soot and other pollutants that will be emitted when the facility expansion is completed. The Chevron Oil Company wants to build a similar plant expansion in Richmond, CA, and the State of California is looking to make sweet deals for other oil companies. Our California air is to be polluted in the future for a measly one-time sum of $10 Million when oil companies are making record profits? You bet – human, agriculture, and tree health has been sold out! Just the medical bills alone, for increased human health costs, will be astronomical.

Geoengineering schemes, many developed to place chemicals, salt or other particulates into our atmosphere to control global warming, are waiting in the wings to be implemented or have already been implemented. The release of chemicals or particulates, like highly polluting sulfur, are now being discussed at NASA Ames (November 2006 Geoengineering Meetings), and by many scientists worldwide waiting in the wings for funding. These chemicals and particulates are being proposed so that the amount of direct sunlight reaching the earth is reduced in order to cool the planet. What is not being discussed, for example, is that California in 2006, took highly polluting sulfur out of diesel fuel due to asthma and other environmental problems. Now there are proposals to place sulfur back into our atmosphere to reduce global warming. Where is the discussion about environmental, agriculture, and human health declines from this proposal? What about public and congressional oversight of these proposed programs? No public oversight, hearings or regulations are being proposed that would protect agriculture or public heath. The actions of placing chemicals into our atmosphere is certainly going to have negative effects on crop production and tree health. And if you place in our skies chemicals to reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the earth, you are going to reduce the photosynthesis needed for crop production. In order to produce crops and for plants and trees to grow and thrive they need direct sunlight. A recent corn crop study at the University of Illinois shows that increased cloud cover reduces corn crop production while direct sunlight increases production. Photosynthesis is the process whe re plants and trees gain the energy to grow and produce crops. If we reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the earth, it will negatively affecting crop production not only in the United States but worldwide, we could put the world in a food shortage crisis. Two experiments are now believed to be reducing crop production in the United States: 1) Micro-climate shifts caused by experimental weather modification programs and, 2) a lack of photosynthesis cause by persistent jet contrails that produce (according to NASA), man-made clouds that change our climate. (Solar voltaic panels are beginning to produce less power due to these experiments.)

NASA noted in an October 2005 newsletter, and from other study results, notes that increasingly persistent contrails are turning into man-made clouds that are trapping warmth in the atmosphere and exacerbating global warming NASA goes on to note that: Any increase in global cloud cover will contribute to long-term changes in Earth’s climate. Likewise, any change in Earth’s climate may have effects on natural resources (The Power Point Presentation begins at this point in Rosalind’s presentation.) Jets leaving persistent jet contrails are changing our climate to the degree that one jet leaving a persistent jet contrail has the following affect according to NASA’s Patrick Minnis (February 2007): We had found that (jet) contrails were producing much more cloud cover than we ever thought they did. This one particular aircraft produced a contrail that covered an area of four thousand
square kilometers and lingered for six hours. But we also found that there were contrails covering much larger areas and lasting more than twenty hours… Dr. Wayne Evans, Atmospheric Scientist: You see the two contrails forming cirrus clouds While most natural clouds actually reflect more sunlight back into space than they supply infrared heat energy towards the earth. However, cirrus clouds are different. They actually radiate more heat energy than they reflect solar energy back into space. Therefore, cirrus clouds contribute to global warming… The picture up on the screen shows just one jet leaving a persistent jet contrail that one trail can expand to cover an area of four thousand square kilometers and linger for more than twenty hours. This phenomenon was unheard of in the early fifties, sixties and seventies. It was not until the late 1980s that there was a huge change and people began to see the first persistent jet contrails that persist like we see today on a massive scale. NASA studies show that climate change and global warming problems could be attributed to these types of persistent jet contrails and that jets cause them to form in our once clear blue skies. One of the issues needed to be addressed as we go forward is: HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR SKIES – NATURAL OR MAN-MADE? And right now we are making manmade clouds like the ones you see up on the screen. And these man-made clouds are trapping warmth in our atmosphere. Isn’t it time that all of us addressed this global warming issue? The climate change produced by the jets pictured, not all jets, mostly non-commercial jets, can be observed in our skies and by weathermen who can’t predict the weather very well because they refuse to put these man-made formations in their weather prediction models. These man-made clouds trap warmth in our atmosphere and increase our humidity. This allows for diseases, flu, molds, mildews, fungus, viruses, and pests to proliferate. These pictures of man-made clouds were taken in Lake, Mendocino, Contra Costa, Sonoma and other California counties, to show what man-made skies look like now. They represent thousands of similar pictures taken worldwide the show persistent jet contrails turning into white haze and man-made clouds. NASA, NOAA, and other U.S. government agencies know that these unusual clouds are man-made and not “normal” cloud formations. No one is asking what happens to agriculture and human health from man-made reductions of the amount of direct sunlight hitting the earth because it is blocked by man-made clouds. Pictured on the screen is one example of what scientists call “global dimming” – a process that reduces direct sunlight from reaching the earth. Is this why rickets, a bone disease, has been increasing in children across the United States (not seen in the U.S. since children were freed from working in American coal mines)? The pictures that you see on this screen look odd, unlike historical cloud formations that were observed and photographed prior to the late 1980s, and back through U.S. history. We have time-lapse photographs and hundreds of hours of videotapes showing the formation of these man-made clouds from thin, spindly contrails being left by unmarked jets. All of you here today can begin to look up and observe this process for yourselves.

 

Chemical Atmospheric Heating and Testing Programs There are also other experiments taking place in our atmosphere. The colors in this man-made cloud photograph in Mendocino County, CA, shows just one of many experiments. These colors represent a chemical reaction produced by experiments conducted by NASA and the United States Air Force. They are sending up canisters loaded with toxic chemicals designed to explode when superheated in order to conduct atmospheric and ionosphere experimental tests. Some persistent jet contrails and man-made clouds, I believe, allow scientists to observe the results of these tests from either satellites or ground-based observation platforms. Without man-made clouds these tests could not be observed, as the chemicals would not produce a visible marker.

The NASA / U.S. Air Force CRESS 1990 Press Kit http://www.flyaria.com/document/html/mission/crres/cr.htm outlines an atmospheric NASA testing program (linked to H.A.A.R.P. and the U.S. Air Force, that could produce the Vibrant Spectrums (auroras), referenced above, as shown in my poster pictures. In this program canisters are loaded with chemicals and superheated at different atmospheric levels. These canisters contain the following chemicals that could be polluting our air and are showing up with unusual spikes in drinking water supplies in across California (California State Department of Health, Drinking Water Division Water Test Results- Public Records, Sacramento, California), and Arizona: Aluminum, Barium, Strontium, Lithium, Calcium, SF6-Sulfur hexafluoride. Note that SF6 is a very potent, toxic gas. It has the energy-trapping potential of 25,000 times that of Carbon Dioxide. The EPA has taken action to restrict release of this dangerous greenhouse gas and yet it is being used in atmospheric testing programs. Could the H.A.A.R.P. The reason that many are so concerned about protecting agriculture from these programs is because we depend totally on agriculture for the food we all eat. None of these experiments, that I know of, have any public, agriculture or congressional oversight. Our drinking water, trees, and soils have been tested at various times and show unusual spikes of many of these experimental chemicals. The use of aluminum in atmospheric testing programs is a major problem with regard to both soil and drinking water pollution. With increasingly acidic rains, aluminum in the soil is released for uptake by tree roots. Once aluminum is in the root system the tree will die because it can no longer absorb the nutrients and water needed to survive. The tree looks like it is dying of drought even though there is sufficient water for the tree to survive. The trees become stressed at this point and pests then attack these trees as they die creating a huge fire hazard. Many of our tree and plant communities are dying or in sharp decline in Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, Shasta, Tahoe, and the Sierra Mountains. Many oak trees (without Sudden Oak Death Syndrome), redwoods, Douglas fir, agriculture crop trees, and plants are impacted by man-made clouds and atmospheric chemical programs. Molds, mildews, fungus, viruses and pests are on the rise in many areas of the United States. When persistent jet contrails and man-made clouds raise night temperatures, and humidity, this reduces the number of freezing fruit set hours needed for crop production and to control pest proliferation.
Our Skies are no longer crystal clear and deep blue The skies that you see in these pictures depict man-made clouds and white haze. When traveling on Delta Airlines across the United States from California to New York on September 4th, 2007, we were struck by the fact that we were flying through miles of persistent jet contrails and white haze that lasted the entire five-hour trip. There were few real clouds and the skies looked exactly like the pictures on this screen.

One of the items we really need to examine is jet fuel emissions which contaminate our air in the same way as automobile exhaust. Scientific studies in the 1970s also found that jets release nitric acid which depletes beneficial atmospheric ozone. Please note some of the human health and agriculture effects listed on the screen caused by jet fuel emissions.
Important issues that should be closely examined are the problems we are creating for ourselves through government and private atmospheric heating and testing programs, experimental weather modification, jet fuel emissions, and persistent jet contrails that create climate change, with the idea of reducing or eliminating these programs. We can improve human health through the elimination of these programs and we can protect our trees, agriculture crop production, and drinking water supplies from chemical contamination. If we only consider “mitigation” that adds more pollution, chemicals, and particulates to our atmosphere then we are doomed to failure. Reduction of pollutants is the only answer. The geoengineering programs that are now being promoted are only going to release more toxic chemicals and particulates into our atmosphere in the hope that they will, in the short term mitigate climate change. What they will do instead is create a toxic pea soup of chemicals, with unknown, and uncontrollable synergistic effects, that could destroy our ability to produce crops and grow trees. The human costs will be astronomical as rickets, asthma and other respiratory diseases and cancers increase form the use of particulates and toxic chemicals. Just examine the increase in these incidents since the late 1980s when we started to experiment with atmospheric programs on a grand scale.

It would be easier to reduce the pollutants by following the early U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) model. This agency was created to clean up our air, water, rivers, and streams, through strict reductions in all types of emissions, reducing pollution at its source, whether cars, trucks, factories, chemical plants, etc. This model worked in the past and can work again. (In the last few years the EPA has been under mined and is not working as this agency has come under corporate polluter control.) Now there is only talk of adding toxic chemicals and particulates to our atmosphere for a so-called short-term gain under the heading of “mitigation.” These geoengineering experiments represent an unknown, but the money and the will to use them are increasing with the climate change drumbeat. We must reduce pollution not add to it.
Our trees, across the United States are dying and in decline in many areas. In Northern California, Lake, Mendocino, Shasta and Sonoma Counties the evidence is almost everywhere. We have traveled to other states and counties and found the same declines, it is a decline we cannot afford. Since the late 1980s forest fires have burned hotter and higher than ever before, and one reason is the use of flammable and toxic atmospheric chemicals which cause increased tree decline and also contaminate our soils and air.

One of the goals that we need to work toward is reducing pollution at the source not adding more pollutants to mix with what we are all producing at this time. Allan Buckmann, recently retired from the California State Department of Fish & Game and President of Microbe Tech, an invited guest speaker at a U.N. Workshop yesterday, spoke eloquently on the benefits of using microbes to clean up pollution and to also maintain the heath of our planet. We do have at our disposal the technologies and the wherewithal to make our planet healthier for all. We just need the will to use them instead of using “chemical solutions.”

If we decide to reduce pollution at it sources through regulations then we can make faster progress. If we choose the alternative solutions being proposed as “mitigation” measures then progress will be slow, unproven, and uncontrolled as the chemical and particulate mixtures will exacerbate a deterioration in human and agriculture health. These geoengineering programs are waiting in the wings to be used – thousands of them here and around the world, none with any agriculture, congressional, or public oversight. It is time to look at different solutions that are already here and it is time to look-up at our skies and see that some of these programs are already producing climate change and agriculture decline. And what damage are these ongoing experiments doing to the fragile cocoon that protects our planet and makes life possible here? We do know that the atmospheric chemicals are showing up in our drinking water (California, Arizona and other states), tree ring samples, and soils. (The U.S. Air Force is releasing, according to their own records, 500 tons of aluminum-coated fiberglass (Chaff), worldwide each year, without notifying the public of the health effects of their actions.) In closing I would like to say that these atmospheric and weather modification programs are already negatively impairing crop production and tree health in the United States. We are seeing it in ever higher UV Radiation readings (burning of the tips of trees and grapevines), increased molds, mildews and fungus, and the proliferation of pests.

We hope that all of you, before jumping on the “mitigation” bandwagon now being promoted and heavily marketed, under Cap & Trade Money Market Schemes, will closely examine these proposed forms of mitigation before being stampeded into using them. Just who will they benefit? When a California corporation called Planktos (Summer or Fall 2007 Program), decides to create an artificial algae bloom in the Galapagos Islands Pacific by dusting the Pacific Ocean with iron dust, there is no worldwide oversight. They can harm marine life without any consequences. Why? So that they can say they are benefiting the environment and then sell pollution credits to corporations who want to continue to pollute more. Corporations are going to spring up from nowhere in order to buy tree areas or use other polluting schemes in order to make money on the stock market by selling these so-called credits on the stock market to polluters. These corporate schemes are just designed to allow polluters to keep polluting when the only solutions is to reduce the pollution at it sources. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is something we must all consider now and in the immediate future. When we consider the Cap & Trade solutions or many mitigation measures we must know that reducing pollution is the ultimate goal. We must examine the consequences of our actions and research these suspect geoengineering plans. We have other options like using microbes. We have the technology and the ability now to reduce pollution, the question is do we have the will to move in that direction and to change our behavior? Thank you for your interest in these issues.

~EMPLOYING GEOENGINEERING TO MITIGATE CLIMATE CHANGE IS LIKE TRYING TO PUT A FIRE OUT WITH A BUCKET OF GASOLINE~

The following is a rough transcript of Dane Wigington’s seminal “GeoEngineering And The Collapse Of Earth” Seminar delivered in 2014:

My name is Dane Wigington from GeoEngineeringWatch.org. The purpose of our site is to expose the issue of Global Climate Engineering, otherwise termed as GeoEngineering. This type of Weather Modification puts out chemicals and toxins, some known, some not known. This is not alarmism, nor is it exaggeration. Many people who try to debate this issue may ask why they should believe this is going on. We have film of it happening where we can clearly see spraying occurring. End of argument. There is no denying that jet is spraying. Period. We have interior footage as well, but the bottom line is that’s not a condensation trail. Any notion that it is, is simply denial or complete ignorance.

This amounts to Weather Warfare. The US has historically engaged in Weather Warfare around the globe. This is historical fact. We have data going back to the Vietnam War in 1968 (Operation Popeye) and in 1976 the UN passed resolutions forbidding Weather Modification in wartime. So again, this is not speculation.

We live in a society that has been trained to shut down when they hear the word, “Conspiracy Theory,” and they’ve been conditioned pretty well. But this issue cannot be ignored any longer. People can afford to ignore the truth behind the Kennedy assassination, they can afford to ignore false flag events like the Gulf of Tonkin Incident that spawned the Vietnam War, and whatever happened on 9_11, but this issue cannot be ignored.

Al Gore recently appeared in the media announcing that the “use of GeoEngineering to head off Climate Change Disaster is Insane.”  So although we don’t have any admissions of these programs yet, it is getting closer by the day; it appears as though Al Gore is attempting to now distance himself from these programs that he has not yet admitted to. This is an ongoing, worldwide experiment of which there is likely many different configurations. We see aircraft trails that have different color compositions so this is an ongoing experiment of which we are all a part, like it or not.

Here’s an interior shot of high pressure tanks. When this image was posted, the sites that initially posted it were taken down as an attempt was made to remove this image from the net as quickly as possible but too many people downloaded it to their hard drives. It’s out there now. Obviously there are a whole lot of planes with a whole lot of tanks doing a whole lot of something. This kind of footage should not be ignored. Clearly these are what appear to be passenger planes, most of them with windows. There appear to be many different types of aircraft involved in the spraying activities.

As a Russian scholar warns of secret US Climate change weapon, we need to consider that all of the major players (including America, Russia and China) are all involved up to their eyeballs. This is one of the reasons (not the only reason) that the media coverage on this subject is so sparse.

What do Weather Weapons do? They reek havoc in countries without anybody knowing they’re even under assault. Floods and droughts are all a form of Weather Weaponry and Weather Warfare. There is no arguing that we are all a part of Weather Warfare when our climate is being impacted the way it is right now. As these programs occur in countries around the globe, few recognize this sort of impact as being an assault, which is one of the greatest powers of Weather Warfare for the powers that be; nobody even knows they’re being attacked. Bridges and infrastructure are being wiped out, and these programs can literally bring a country to its knees. They can bring individual states to their knees as well, especially states that don’t want to conform with the Federal Government. This sort of drought-causing weaponry has been used for decades as a weapon against Africa. We know these programs have been going on, and their impact in Africa appears to be directly related to opening the door for US occupation by bringing sovereign countries to their knees. They can empty out water reservoirs, as they have done with California.

OUR FORESTS ARE GOING UP IN FLAMES

As Geoengineering impacts the ecosystems from top-to-bottom it starts to feed itself as the moisture for arboreal forests is cut-off, the terrestrial lungs of the planet are beginning to burn, the entire climate cycle is beginning to feed in on itself, tilting it even further off scale. So this is a non-linear equation; once it starts to tilt, it tilts faster and faster. These sorts of clouds historically have not been well recorded. Now they are. The grey, hazy skies many of us have become accustomed to and think are normal are anything but. Despite the fact that many people have accepted the skies above us as being natural, it takes more material than you can imagine to block the sun to the degree that they have, and as all of that material settles down upon all of us, we’re breathing it in.

Anybody who thinks that’s commercial traffic exists in a different reality than the real reality. You think they lost their way up there?

And although our skies resemble scenes from another planet, these programs have been brought about so slowly and incrementally that many accept this as being normal and natural when it is anything but.

A sky like this is important to examine. As many people falsely belive there is no spraying transpiring in the skies overhead, a discerning eye examining the sky closely will reveal to the observer many layers of what appears to be plasma in the sky. Shorter trails that are very bright are still aerosol disbursements that make the sky a silvery-white. These sorts of disbursements are related to making the air more conductive which makes the ionosphere heaters like HAARP (High-Frequency-Active-Auroral-Research-Project) of which there are at least two-dozen around the globe in the forms of both major facilities as well as many smaller ones, makes these programs more effective by making high-pressure domes by boiling the upper atmosphere in combination with aerosol saturated skies.

This is a point I want to drive home again because it is imperative in conveying the legitimacy of this issue: Semantics matter. When people enter the word, “Chemtrail” into a search engine, they read about the kooky “Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory.” I have friends with the union of concerned scientists who try to clarify this definition by stating that this is a layman’s term for GeoEngineering. When that correction is made on Wikipedia, it is quickly erased within minutes, and deleted from the record. Government sponsored trolls watch these sites very closely because it is their desire for newbies to enter the word “Chemtrail” into a search engine and come to “conspiracy theory” to thus come to the conclusion that there is nothing at all to worry about, that those who “believe” this “conspiracy theory” are kooks, and return to their passive, consuming slumber.

On the other hand, if you enter “Climate Engineering” into a search engine, the first sentences you will read clarify that Climate Engineering is in fact an application of GeoEngineering. So we have science, and these are the therms that media never use. They avoid terms such as “GeoEngineering,” “Climate Engineering,” “Weather Modification,” “Climate Intervention and Solar Radiation Management,” like the plague, because they seem to feel their job is to distract people from the truth. So semantics are extremely important. Scientific terms will lead people to science and credible information. The word “Chemtrail” on the other hand will lead people to government propaganda.

The terminology distinguishing Global Warming vs Climate Change is equally important. The term “climate change” came into play around the year 1998 when we had the warmest year on record. At that time the global power structure decided they would unleash the full scope and scale of GeoEnineering, they needed a term that would condition people to accept massive temperature fluctuations like 50, 60, or even 70 degrees within a single day. Hence the term “Climate Change” came into play, and it is a term to condition people to accepting massive temperature fluctuations that are more related to GeoEngineering that to “Global Warming.”

In 1966, a presidential document from NASA outlining the US Weather Modification programs with budgets in the hundreds-of-millions-of-dollars even back then, listed the agencies involved (Department Of Defense, Department of Environment, Department of Interior, a dozen-or-so Universities) and can be found on the NASA archives. The US Military wants to own the weather, and while many have asked why they would want to manipulate the weather, a better question might be why wouldn’t they? Their desire is to control everything. The most potentially destructive weapon they could ever control is the weather itself, and entire countries can be conquered without anyone ever knowing that they are at war at all. There is ample documentation on ongoing weather warfare even from diplomats from other countries: on 17 July 2012 the Daily Mail published an article entitled, “Iran Vice President Claims Country’s Drought is Part of West’s Weather War on Islamic Republic.” The president of Iran has also raised the alarm that his country is the victim of Weather Warfare the floor of the United Nations on two separate occasions. Our media does not cover this.

“Global Warming Drought Linked to Weather Warfare.”

The more they spray, the less it will rain overall. We’re not talking about Cloud Seeding to create rain. The more aerosols there are in the atmosphere, the less it will rain overall. In the short-term, yes, we can have deluges from moisture that wads up in some places and comes down due to convection, but overall it diminishes global precipitation.

As fifteen military leaders say that Climate Change is a national security threat, I think to myself that it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Of course it is a national security threat, especially as the Military Industrial Complex is engaged in corporate warfare with countries around the globe, literally ripping the climate apart, this is bound to become a problem sooner or later.

After Russia urged the UN Climate Report to include GeoEngineering, they did. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) did include GeoEngineering in their report finally. While they did not admit that these programs have already been deployed generations now, the lump is now just a little too large to fit underneath the rug anymore. It seems that Russia is trying to shine some light on this issue, perhaps due to the realization that if these programs are allowed to continue, the entire plant could go down.

The US Climate Change Procedure is based on the UN’s Geoengineering governance and technology policy as many documents confirm outlining the global governance of GeoEngineering. While none of these documents admit the programs are already active, we can see the full apparatus for their governance, which should serve as just one more red flag that these programs exist. There are some people within the academia community who have enough of a spine to demonstrate that the public has a right to know (for example: Public Engagement on Solar Radiation Management and why it needs to happen). What a novel idea, that we should be aware of the fact that we’re being sprayed like lab rats in an experiment.

HOW DO YOU PAY FOR ALL OF THIS?

The first thing we need to understand is that this is not generated from tax payer money. As we analyzed in The Bankfather, Part Five the majority of your tax dollars do not go towards paying for the services we expect from our government, but instead are funneled into payments on the national debt that our government owes to the Federal Reserve Private Banking Cartel. Those with the printing press can pay for whatever they want until nobody is willing to accept what they print. As Trillions upon Trillions of dollars become “unaccounted for,” a recent report blatantly illustrates that even the Pentagon can not account for the Black Budget: a Reuters investigation revealed that $8.5 Trillion was unaccounted for by the Pentagon.

The bottom line is they can pay for whatever they want so long as the dollar remains the global reserve currency. This currency monopoly is of course rapidly coming to an end which may inspire our power structure to become more dangerous as the walls close in on them like a dog cornered in a room.

CHRONIC, OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE A GROWING BUT NEGLECTED GLOBAL EPIDEMIC

We’re all frogs in boiling water right now, whether we realize it or not, whether we feel healthy or not, we’re all breathing this stuff in and it’s clogging us up slowly but surely. This is not speculation, it is absolutely happening. We have about five-dozen laboratory tests from Shasta County alone. We know this material is in the air and we know we’re breathing it in. This is a bioaccumulative metal and just the little bit that we know about is lethally harmful. This is a problem we’re all currently experiencing to some degree. This should alarm people, but instead they’re watching American Idol and Football, drinking beers and having tailgate parties. We’re immersed in an absolute crisis right here, right now. This comes down to nothing short of a global depopulation agenda killing us softly, slowly and incrementally.

How do you cull a population without panicking them? I stayed away from this subject in much depth because I had hoped people would come around to the simple notion that they’re being sprayed like rats day in and day out, but I’ve seen that not enough have. As long as McDonalds is flipping burgers and Wal-Mart is open people seem to think that everything is okay but it’s not and it will come to a very abrupt end very soon. On the course we’re on there is no longer room for denial that Agenda-21 and eugenics do appear to be a part of this equation, which is also partially responsible for the severe drop in fertility we have witnessed not only nation wide but worldwide. Yes people are still having children, but fewer and fewer Americans are able to do so. People often want to put this issue of GeoEngineering in this box or that box, but there are a lot of layers to this onion and it is all interrelated. There is a nauseatingly long list of documented US Biological Testing on innocent populations. Many nations have engaged in such testing. This is a difficult reality that the American population will face soon, one way or another. Heavy metals acting as endocrine disruptors. To say that this is extremely serious is a gross understatement. This equates to our reproductive abilities, hormonal production, it effects life and our bodily systems to the core.

CAN GEOENGINEERING SAVE THE PLANET?

There is a lot of dialogue right now with many frightened meteorologists, scientists and individuals from academia that are either mentally retarded, clinically blind, or paid liars. There is no chance that anybody with a high, double-digit IQ doesn’t know what’s going on up there. And I’ve talked to a lot of folks from academia who are my friends, and they’re not only well aware of this, they’re terrified. I’ve had NOAA scientists tell me off-the-record that they’re alarmed as hell, and they don’t know what to do about it because they have no first amendment protection. So we know already that any notion that GeoEngineering can save the planet is false, because GeoEngineering is precisely that which is killing the planet.

WHO IS RUNNING THE SHOW?

Psychopaths run the world. This is not an exaggeration or an inflammatory statement. 4% of our society is clinically psychopathic; people with pronounced reptilian brains inherently lack the human trait of empathy. That 4% always seems to end up in positions of power and influence inevitably because they will do things that you and I would never do. So we have a very small group of incredibly psychotic people that literally run the planet. And I would never have believed this for myself 20 years ago but after two decades of research I simply cannot come to another conclusion. And this has always been the case: David Rockefeller stating on the record that 95% of Earth’s human population needs to go. And while many have never come in contact with these quotes, they do exist. So it should not be difficult to connect the dots here. At this point we are all seen not only as expendable to them but we are actually a liability to them. We need to remember this. They claim that the population bomb threatens the peace of the world, just as oligarchs throughout history have always claimed the world was overpopulated. I say that if we’re going to cut global population, we start with the global elite.

VANISHING OF THE BEES

The phenomenon of Collony Collapse disorder is complex, but not limited only to pesticides, cell phone frequencies and monoculture, though these subjects need to be addressed as well. If it were limited to petroleum based farm chemicals, then why are bees in remote forest areas thousands of miles away which are not associated with farm lands just as dead as those near industrial farming operations? Many farmers refuse to connect the death of bees to GeoEngineering. They stay confined to their cocoons because they’ve been taught and trained that unless the subject of the great oil slick in the sky appears in their peer-reviewed, establishment-approved manuals that there is something ominous going on in our skies then it literally does not exist in their reality. The control of the world of Scientific Journals determines the narrative of the Scientific Community, and the Military-Industrial-Complex owns the journals. We’re led to believe that agencies like the EPA and USDA exist for our protection and would tell us if something was wrong. This myth could not be further from the truth. As conspicuous GeoEngineering programs proliferate worldwide right in front of our face and completely obvious, the scientific community absolutely refuses to acknowledge it. And they cannot be corned in vein attempts to force them to acknowledge what is hanging right over our heads all the time. I was on a radio show with Simon Donner, one of the world’s most recognized Climate Scientists, he told me, “No matter how much it looks like they’re spraying, I know they’re not.” And when I asked him how as a scientist he could possibly say that he knows there is no spraying going on, I’m off the air.

Colony Collapse Disorder is most likely directly related to GeoEngineering and the radio frequency signals associated with it. If the bees disappear, it will only take four years for humans to follow suit. I’ve been over this figure before but it is important to repeat; approximately 200 species per day are going permanently extinct. While some claim this figure is normal in an effort to bury their heads in the sand, this figure of 200 species per day is 10,000 times the normal loss of specie biodiversity. Our media has made it a priority to ignore the ecosystem collapse we’re presently seeing around the world. There are now 400 “dead zones” around the planet, some as large as 10,000 square miles, including anoxic zones of ocean where there is literally no more oxygen in the water, and these zones are expanding rapidly.

HUMAN ACTIVITY IS A FORM OF GEOENGINEERING

There is presently a massive fish die-off occurring around the globe. It is said that you don’t know what you have until it is gone. However, it would be  unacceptable to wait until there is nothing left on our planet for us to eat to do something about it, at which point it will be too late. So if we can get ahead of the curve before there is nothing left, maybe we will have something left to salvage.

Whenever a species projects four-billion gallons of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere every day, that constitutes a form of GeoEngineering. While we would be exponentially better off without these GeoEngineering programs because the planet would be able to respond to our hydrocarbon output. Sea levels are rising and ocean temperatures are increasing. Many scientists are now contending that the sea level rise is unstoppable. If Greenland melts, sea levels will rise anywhere from 21 to 24 feet; if Antarctica melts, sea levels will rise approximately 197 feet, and an additional 15 feet if the rest of the world’s glaciers go. Even conservative scientists on the front lines of this study are confirming that we are guaranteed 100 feet of sea level rise in the coming decades. While there is plenty of data to dispute these figures, the debunkers are typically the same debunkers who disputed how much oil was leaking from the Gulf of Mexico and how much radiation Americans are being exposed to as a result of Fukashima. There is so much false data out there, many people have no idea what to think, so they just stop looking into it – which is precisely what the establishment desires. As sea ice expands, the mainstream media spins the story by reporting only the surface area of the ice instead of the density or the volume. Ice volume continues to shrink rapidly and is now one-fifth of what it was thirty years ago. GeoEngineering perpetuates a thin layer with Artificial Ice Nucleation and blocking the sun 24/7 in an attempt to maintain the ice caps to prevent methane from leaving the sea floor, but they’re actually worsening the problems they’re claiming to be engaged in solving.

GEOENGINEERING IS DESTROYING THE OZONE LAYER

Our culture typically engages in pharmaceutical cures to address symptoms instead of causes, and in a similar way GeoEngineering is used to address symptoms instead of causes. The more they spray, the more they have to spray. As they continue decimating the ozone layer, the more they destroy the Earth’s natural protection. This makes us ever more dependent upon the very programs that are causing the extinction event in the first place. Whereas we once had natural protection, we’re now becoming rapidly dependent upon toxic, metal, artificial protection. Just like pharmeceuticals; the more we do it, the more we have to do it. By attempting to address one symptom, they in turn create hundreds of additional problems that are exponentially worse. Humans are being exposed to ever increasing amounts of UVB and UVC radiation now as the ozone dwindles. UVC is the final stage before we’re exposed to X-Ray radiation from space. Labs in California, Maine, Florida and New Mexico metering solar radiation confirm the increased solar radiation on a daily basis. As UVB and UVC penetrate into the ocean and plankton die off, oxygen dwindles, fish die off and we can begin to see how everything is connected as the dominoes tumble into each other one after another. But as this is happening, the establishment narrative coming down from the mainstream media assures us that the shredding of our ozone layer is a result of hair spray cans. I ask you, what is more logical – is it hair spray cans, or military tankers dumping 100-tons per shot in our atmosphere, flying 24/7 since the late 1940’s?  We’ve been fed many Red Herrings as reasons for things that are happening. Yes, CFCs are bad for the atmosphere, but GeoEngineering is without a doubt the largest causal factor. GeoEngineering can and does cool off massive regions of the planet, but only temporarily and at the dire cost of making the overall warming far worse.

Our globe shows sings of massive ozone depletion starting from 1984 and expanding into 1997 creating a massive ozone hole in the Norther Hemisphere. Countless Canadian scientists have been threatened with termination from their jobs if they mention this fact. But this doesn’t stop people everywhere from noticing that sunlight feels more intense, although we’re led to believe that this is just because we’re all getting older. Major metering agencies are confirming that 95 % of incoming UV rays are UVA, which means that 5% is UVB (the more harmful band). We now know that in actuality, 60% of incoming radiation is UVB, which is a 1,200% increase in UVB. And as I mentioned before, we’re actually receiving UVC now, which is the final stage before X-Ray. We’re told by all major agencies that UVC is stopped by our protective layer 100,000 feet above the surface of the planet. Not anymore. So many of our trees in California are stripped of their bark now, and while nobody seems to notice or care, they’ll notice soon enough when there are no trees left. They’re exhibiting a typical stress response to receiving too much radiation; they start dropping branches and foliage. Drought is only one issue as we witness this all over our forests everywhere. Excessive UV is a different issue, but it is not being addressed. When I moved up here ten years ago the forests were green and lush – not so anymore. I live in a forest. I grew up in a forest. I’ve spent my life in forests. It’s deathly silent there now. As the Western US experiences protracted drought, the Eastern US is receiving excessive moisture and flooding. While they try to create article cloud cover, it tends to migrate the moisture. So the moisture that comes over the West is aerosolized, the storms come late if they come at all with little moistures, and they migrate that moisture further East where it comes down often as a deluge. Half of the country experiences drought as the other half experiences flooding.

Jet stream manipulation pushes arctic air downwards, and the arctic air is much warmer than areas of Canada as well as the Eastern US. They can cool regions and produce many newspaper headlines in the short term, but at what cost in the long-term? The media were the ones who originally painted the picture of global warming, and the establishment absolutely had an agenda to saddle the world population with carbon taxes and other burdens, but now things have gone so far that they’re changing direction. They’ve doubled-down on GeoEngineering and now are desperately trying to hide the fact that a runaway greenhouse effect is occurring right now. If you watch the Weather Channel, it appears that the anchors’ marching orders are to change public perception to make the planet seem as cold as possible, demonstrating a directional change in the media’s narrative. They’re paid to paint the most frigid picture of planet Earth they possibly can. They don’t talk about the fact that New York recently shattered their all-time record high by ten degrees; 73 degrees Fahrenheit this January. They give extremely theatrical names for extremely frigid ice storms and record low temperatures in isolated areas while the rest of the planet goes into meltdown. This, again, is the reason they coined the term “Climate Change” so that people would not question these changes as being unnatural.

Is it a game for them to treat the upper atmosphere as a physic’s lab while countless lives are negatively impacted?  So where are the climate scientists on this issue? How can they be so completely oblivious to this raging elephant in the living room?

The Weather Channel is helping to hide the GeoEngineering assault because the Rothschild family own the Weather Channel, Weather Central and Weather Underground. Those engaged in manipulating the weather must control the message to effectively do this in secret. Raytheon does all the weather modeling for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as well as the National Weather Service. Raytheon are also coincidentally up to their eyeballs in weather modification programs. They broadcast the forecast (which is actually the weather schedule) in a way that convinces the majority of people these things are natural when they are not. The EPA is also engaged in the cover up, because the air samples they take are regulated to only test for combustion particulates, and all other data goes out the window, regardless of what is in it. They don’t care what is in the rain; it can be radioactive (as some of it is now) and they still don’t care. The system as a whole is designed to show you the lie and nothing more. The NanoParticulates we’re talking about with GeoEngineering programs are exponentially smaller than the particulates they are allowed test for.

THE MILE-HIGH CONSPIRACY

As far as Weather Manipulation goes, it is no conspiracy that HAARP exists; we know what it does. For those that aren’t familiar, extremely powerful, ground-based radio-frequency transmitters boil the upper atmosphere – these towers don’t receive signal, they transmit frequency. There is a massive facility in Alaska as well as two-dozen ground-based facilities around the globe. These facilities can and do routinely manipulate the jet stream. The jet stream configurations we’ve seen as of late to create these artificial storms appear to be direct results. There are HAARP monitoring stations which show where those frequencies occur. There is also SBX radar, which are sea-based X-Band radar, which is a sea-based, portable HAARP facility.  It doesn’t even look real. It looks like something out of a science-fiction movie. This is what happens when you have unlimited funds and nothing else to do but to experiment on planet Earth.

Why are thousands of dead birds suddenly falling from the sky? When you blast the sky with massive radio frequency signals it tends to cause some problems. According to witnesses, Former Bush aid John Wheeler was seen outside the Pentagon threatening to blow the whistle on these programs, and was found dead in a landfill two days later. This demonstrates the fact that the establishment is terrified of the word getting out on this, because if these programs were really brought to light, it would change the complexion of what we face. There is no natural weather happening on Earth at this point. Even small-scale GeoEngineering programs have the potential to disrupt the entire system but in fact we’re seeing global programs so the whole system has been rendered completely unnatural. Mt. Shasta show holds 1,200 times normal levels of aluminum due to GeoEngineering; we had lab tests from the same snow that registered 61,000 parts per billion. Many people from disinformation sites will claim that this is normal; aluminum is in the soil; aluminum accounts for 8% of the Earth’s crust; aluminum is the third-most abundant element; it’s normal for aluminum to be blowing around onto everything. These claims are absolutely false. Aluminum does not exist in the natural environment in free form – it is always bonded to other elements. It doesn’t just blow around in the snow and the rain unless it has been mined, refined, and sprayed. Therefore it should not be in our snow, and it absolutely should not be in our rain. But it is. Aluminum is also the primary ingredient in GeoEngineering patents; Aluminum Oxide.

NASA even holds a patent called, “Artificial Ice Nucleation for Weather Modification.” Ice Nucleation is an extremely interesting science known as an Endothermic Reaction. When you mix, for example, Barium Hydroxide with Ammonium temperatures in lab tests can drop more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. What they can do with chemical nucleation on a large scale is absolutely astounding. They can create massive snow storms at well above freezing. What about the strange ice-boulders that washed up in Lake Michigan recently? 75 pound ice boulders floating all over the lake is historically unprecedented. As the chemical reaction from Artificial Ice Nucleation creates a nucleus, it tends to continue freezing and reacting all the way around it. As the Weather Channel come up with terms to make the unnatural seem natural, this is a phenomenon that is anything but natural. For “scientists” and anchors to paint the picture that GeoEngineering is going to save us after 60 years of hard evidence that GeoEngineering is pounding the nails into our collective coffin is absolutely ridiculous.

~WHERE ARE THE ENVIRONMENTALISTS?~

I’ve never been so completely disgusted at people who are part of groups that espouse to help the planet. Actions speak louder than words. I’ve met with the head of the Sierra Club and passed on so much data to him, all of which appears to have gone into the round-file. Who is funding these supposed environmental organizations and why do they choose to passively ignore this issue? Because everything else they’re doing is a moot point compared to GeoEngineering. I can only hope and pray that they will find an ounce of honor and courage soon because the ship is going down while this is happening and people, somehow, convincing themselves this is normal.

NASA actually has a program now to teach kids that what we see in the sky is benign. We’re trying to expose these people because they might as well be teaching our children that it is okay to chew glass. It breaks my heart to think about all the kids right now that are on inhalers; they can breathe, they can’t play, they can’t do sports. And what about the buildup? This isn’t just a temporary inconvenience. This stuff is building up in their systems – especially with children. Their systems are very weak and they can’t take this kind of daily onslaught. Is fear of ridicule what keeps a lot of us back? If we don’t abandon that fear and press forward.

Does the horizon look bleak? Yes it does. Does that mean we give up? Absolutely not. There is absolutely time still to turn this story around and transform our despotic world to favor a positive outcome. To do so we must resign ourselves to the fact that we are not guaranteed a happy ending. None of us are and we never were. But if we sit down and do nothing we are guaranteed a not-so-happy ending. Every time we examine an issue like this and go home to our beds only to go golfing the next day, watching football until something else shakes our reality, we’re just letting off steam instead of addressing the source of it. The situations we face before us are going to require all of us on board to facilitate a positive shift. This is not an issue that is going away on its own.

The dominators have their hands at Mother Earth’s throat right now. They can shut off the moisture and drive more species to extinction as long as is takes to kill the planet. As resource wars proliferate and the people are convinced the war on terror entails issues of “democracy” or “freedom” or “civil rights” the race for resources transpires as the planet faces complete meltdown. We are entering into uncharted territory in every sense. While the media bombards the masses with weapons of mass distraction, the arable land on the planet dwindles. I can’t grow a garden anymore. How is my family supposed to feed ourselves at this point?

For those who aren’t familiar with Easter Island, it is a Pacific Island which was once a paradise. There was a very unique species of palm trees on that island estimated to be 16 million strong at one time. The palms provided a central food source for the islanders, but they cut them down for materials to roll their statues around. They literally cut every single palm tree down on the entire island and caused an extinction event there. The island collapsed, and as their civilization followed suit they turned to cannibalism and so goes the tale of Easter Island.  One has to wonder what on Earth they were thinking. When they were down to one million palm trees, what were they thinking? When they were down to 100,000 palm trees, what were they thinking? When they were down to the last palm tree, what were they thinking? Didn’t it ever occur to any of them that they were going to encounter a major problem? We seem to be in the same boat, but on a worldwide scale.

The reason I have focused on GeoEngineering exclusively for the past ten years of my life is because, quite simply, if we don’t stop this and we render the planet unable to support us – unable to support any life – there will be nothing left to salvage and we will end up exactly as the Easter Islanders did. The power structure knows what is coming, which is why they have built an arctic doomsday vault to hold hundreds of thousands of seed varieties in a seed bank (which Bill Gates is a primary investor). The event we face before us is much closer than people understand. We all need to pay attention to this.

For those who are involved with these programs – our military brothers and sisters who are participating in programs which they do not understand the ramifications of – if we could all work together and bring this agenda to light, exposing GeoEngineering for the Ecocidal insanity that it is, I believe that the muscle of the system would refuse to participate any longer if we could only reach them. I believe that is our chance of stopping this issue. We need our military brothers and sisters on our side. We need for them to understand what they are doing to their fellow citizens and the planet at large. That’s where we all need to work together to bring this issue to light. Every day matters at this point. This is a non-linear equation. It’s not like you can look backward at a graph and say that since it has taken us this long to get to this point, we have that long in the future. Non-linear is exponential. Things are unfolding at an absolutely blinding pace. No matter how much Carbon we put into the atmosphere, the planet has done very well at responding in the past. During the Pliocene Epoch 5.2 million years ago, Carbon was 25% higher than it is today; the Western US was not the drought-ridden desert it is today, but was very lush because as the temperature rises and carbon goes up, so does rain because the planet responds (the oceans were higher than they are now but the planet thrived). But now because of GeoEngineering the planet can no longer respond the way it has in the past because we have eliminated the safety valve mechanisms. So instead of our forests being invigorated by more rain due to a planetary response to Carbon, we have droughts spreading like wildfire and a poisoning of every natural ecosystem.

In effect we’re creating what many refer to “Venus syndrome.” The stated purpose of GeoEngineering espoused by David Keith and the like is to increase the reflectivity of the Earth, which is also known as Albedo. Venus’ albedo is two-and-a-half times that of Earth (which is why it appears to be so bright) but Venus is 900 degrees Fahrenheit on the surface and is not habitable. Now granted, Venus is closer to our relative star than we are, but this example illustrates that there is more to sustaining life on the planet that increasing the albedo by surrounding it in a reflective coating of toxic metals. But the GeoEngineers thinking is limited to short-sighted goals relative to the present limited human lifespan.

THIS BATTLE MUST BE WON, OR ALL IS LOST

We need people to be willing to spend time organizing others to put this issue on the radar.  How long must we continue on the path we’re on right now before we see where it leads? If we all pull together and bring this issue out of the darkness and into the light of day so that those participating understand that which they are participating in and everyone from every political stripe knows that they have been a lab rat in a global experiment without their knowledge or consent, we would see a shock wave around the globe. There has never been a greater crime in human history. I appreciate everyone coming tonight. I hope we’ll all organize following this meeting instead of going home and shrugging this issue off as something we’ve covered. I hope people pull together. Because if we don’t, we have no tomorrow.
